Work with corporate development to create more leads and create better media contacts, the goal to become a key provider of content for investors. Corporate development involves developing and implementing plans to grow business revenues profitability through partnerships and/or acquisitions. Some of the activities include:

Development and execution of new business opportunities in support of the strategic directions. Register and manage domains for virtual presence, over-see advertising, marketing and web activities. Taking care of the online tools that can expand our business to a more global, personable, visible, valuable, cohesive, measured, and collaborative environment.

One of the first ways I would like to do this is create an online forum for our investors to speak directly to our teams. With the ability to interact with investors directly and addressing their current questions will allow us to steer rumors, and become the source again for content on our company versus Stockhouse or any other investment bull-boards.

How to create more “new” names and more organic online inquires. Create a more personable interface for our front-pages. You will see the presidential elections use the web effectively and now every candidate has a video broadcast homepage. The web delivers moving images easily to influence users to take action. Why are we still delivering aged outdated text to our users at LVMedia and N5IR? The reason the users don’t share or return or spend time on the mining sites, is because nothing new or different, hardly intuitive when all you have is a bunch of text. Why not have our directors address every new visitor when they visit our sites personally? Just like Hillary. Why cause no one wants to take charge.

I will push to integrate MS Outlook communication and contact data-base; we must have a cohesive approach to our efforts, data-base management is an on-going process for every enterprise – we have to be in this for the long-haul. I will help implement our system with Mike R. and make it easier to use and monitor by all stake-holders. Promoters will want to use it because we’ll have templates and visibility to who is contacting “our” people on our combined lists. Lets face it mostly everyone is on mostly everyone’s lists; we just better get integrated so we don’t cross over too much. If we send the same people (our A-lists) the same PR by everyone in the company and then they get a few calls from different guys – you get it. They may not pay attention because we have inundated our A-lists and trained them not pay attention.
